I have finally started on the "my favourite things quilt" I have been SO.... wanting to get to it.
I have done the appliqué on the cup cakes block- not a lot, but a start...........I really don't have any experience with needle turn so it will be a challenge for me.
I am also working on this beautiful stitchery by Rosalie Quinlan.

How exciting! I'm also doing My favorite things quilt... (Oh, I guess you already know that). It might take a while to get used to needle turn, but when you have done few blocks, I think you'll always do it ;o)
Go for it with the needle turn......lots of girls have only just tried it with this quilt so your not on your own.............they are working it out..........
