I have finished the baby quilt I was working on and I’m happy with the outcome. I had a lot of trouble with the tension on my long arm it took me days to get it right but I persevered and I think I have it. One of the encoder wires was slightly loose and once I corrected that all was well.

I got to put his name on it because it took longer than I expected. |
I am finally happy I worked out the tension and I think it looks pretty good.
June , July was full of hospital visits but all is very well now and I have just finished a two week teaching contract so I am looking forward to settling in at home for August.
I didn’t get a lot done on my Christmas project for Chookshed Stitchers but I’ll catch up this month.

So glad to hear everyone is on the mend - finally! The quilt turned out adorable and I'd love to know where you got the red !
Your baby quilt is cute and even more so with Andy’s name on it
The quilt turned out so very well. Who’d have thought that a simple top could be dressed up so well.
The Christmas Sashiko is looking so good. It is such nice, easy and relaxing to work on.
you are making good progress on the sashiko.
Good you got the tension sorted - lets hope it stay that way
Lovely sashiko Jenny, well done to persevere with the quilting machine that is a lovely quilt.
Baby Andy's quilt looks great. I know the frustrations of issues with quilting machines, so happy you got it sorted. Sounds like you deserve to put for your feet up for a month. Have fun with the Sashiko.
